  • The package is sealed, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • It’s returned within 30 days of delivery 
  • You use Track & Trace for your return shipment, as we cannot refund lost parcels.
  • The package includes your name and order number to ensure smooth processing.
  • The return is sent to the correct address to guarantee a hassle-free refund.

What’s Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Opened or used packages.
  • Packages returned in poor condition due to improper packaging, making them unusable.
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
